Our teams are fully distributed and global (check out our team page)! We have no office, so we are looking for team members that are comfortable with and motivated by the opportunity to work remotely.

We are a truly global team and its important for the person in this role to have overlap with both squads in order to be effective and successful. On the west we have people from GMT-5 to GMT. On the east have people from GMT+2 to GMT+8.

    About You..
    • You get things done.
    • You are comfortable with ambiguity.

    • You work async. You use meetings strategically.

    • Validate the specs and fulfill the missing parts. Sometimes, you will write the specs by yourself.
    • Organize backlogs, milestones, epics, and iterations.
    • Host the iteration ceremonies (the less, the better).
    • Communicate and create visibility for the entire company on what the squads are shipping.
    You Have
    • 2+ years of working experience as a technical project manager in a startup or similar environment.
    • Working knowledge or proven understanding of software development lifecycle.
