Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 4 years of experience in advertising sales, brand management, management consulting, product strategy or equivalent strategy
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience as a video seller, buyer, or product specialist.
  • Knowledge of media planning and/or buying TV within the marketplace.
  • Knowledge of Google video solutions.
  • Ability to work cross functionally with many different stakeholders.
  • Ability to simplify a complex issue into salient points.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

The Go-to-Market team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving ads business runs smoothly with our largest Global Brand clients and agencies. GTM is instrumental in setting go-to-market product strategy and ensuring flawless operations against the strategy. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done. GTM drives thought leadership and develops product solutions to solve our client’s marketing challenges and drive long term revenue growth across video and brand measurement solutions.

As a Global Brand Solutions Lead, your knowledge of online media and traditional TV buying and planning, combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities will shape how our brand revenue grows. You will collaborate with sales leadership and Y/TV Global Product Leads to develop product strategies and partner on key business needs across Video Reach and Consideration and our TV share shift growth strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategy and solutions to drive adoption of existing video Awareness and Consideration solutions across partners and advertisers.
  • Influence product roadmaps and positioning.
  • Develop strong relationships with advertiser sales teams to proactively identify, develop and deliver strategies and solutions.
  • Work with Global Product Leads and Regional GTM to build business cases for new product asks and commercialize upcoming beta opportunities and launches.
  • Structure and package analyses, strategies, and recommendations into highly effective, compelling communication and presentations to various audiences, including senior executives.
