The Senior Salesforce Administrator will implement and support ongoing development in Salesforce. In this role, you'll work closely with functional leaders of multiple departments to identify, develop and deploy new business processes in support of our end users to drive outstanding customer experiences. You'll be responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform. As an early addition to the team, you’ll play a pivotal role in establishing a successful Salesforce team culture at a fast-growing company.

What you'll be doing:

  • Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com Service Cloud environment
  • Handle all administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards,
    workflows and other routine tasks
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades/releases
  • Work with management  teams to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
  • Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and internal application development teams
  • Engage with members of the Salesforce community to find creative solutions to complex business problems
  • Work with other StockX internal teams, including Product and Customer Service, to define future features and identify new initiatives
  • Promote the use of Salesforce out-of-the-box solutions but know when to implement a custom solution

What we're looking for: 

  • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator working in Service Cloud, Community Cloud and/or Einstein bots
  • Experience with Salesforce Chatbot
  • Experience taking projects from initial concept through planning and implementation as well as making enhancements to an already existing implementation
  • Strong research and analytical skills with working knowledge in generating reports, building customized reports and analyzing the data
  • Knowledge and experience of application administration and configuration specific to Salesforce: Object Builder, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, Workflow, Process Builder, Flows, Sharing Rules, Group Management, Case Management, Opportunities, Reports & Dashboards
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Experience with integrations between multiple systems and the ability to troubleshoot issues around integrations
