Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience with compensation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage and complete multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Strong change management and project management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to understand federal, state and local regulations, including FLSA guidelines and DOL regulations
  • Experience with Workday preferred

Job Summary

The Compensation Consultant is an experienced compensation expert who helps senior business stakeholders meet their business objectives through compensation design and execution excellence. 


  • Collaborate with compensation team leaders in support of executive leadership in making strategic, company-wide compensation decisions, including compensation pay mix, benchmarking philosophy, long-term incentive strategy and career pathing
  • Design, develop and implement incentive compensation plans aligned to business objectives
  • Advise on complex compensation matters with in-depth analytics and strategic alignment to business goals
  • Proactively research best practices and trends
  • Perform analysis on effectiveness, competitiveness and fairness of existing programs
  • Present findings and thoughtful alternative solutions that are aligned with our philosophy
  • Report compensation communications across a wide spectrum of team member groups
