INTURN is a B2B marketplace that is changing how the retail sector manages inventory, allowing brands and retailers to buy and sell in seconds. We’re addressing the ignored off-price market by bringing innovation for the first time since Microsoft released Excel. We are a start-up in NYC that is changing the retail industry… and having fun while doing it!

The Growth / Partnerships Manager will be responsible for our efforts to expand our Buyer Network across the global Retail landscape via key relationships, initiatives and target audience engagement. S/he will be able to critically and strategically consider the Buyer universe, identify opportunities, devise an approach and work to execute it and bring meaningful growth to the active base of Buyers on our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research the Off-Price Retail industry and identify areas of opportunity to partner and access new Buyers. This can span verticals, geographies, organizations, service providers and others.
  • Propose and execute strategic partnerships that directly impact the size and quality of our network.
  • Generate and implement marketing programs that move Retailers and Buyers through the funnel, from engagement through to acquisition (what we refer to as on-boarding).
  • Develop and institute referral programs that leverage the size of our network to acquire more qualified Buyers.
  • Liaise with partners in the Business Development and Strategy teams to identify new market opportunities and establish new avenues for pipeline growth.

Key Qualifications

  • 3-4 years experience in Business Development, Partnerships or Strategy role preferred
  • Self-starter with a bias to action, balanced with being a team player
  • History of getting things done in complex environments, with an ability to influence others, implement change and standardize processes
  • Equal parts thinker and doer; demonstrated ability to white-board strategies and problem-solve, with the ability to pick up the phone and get things done
  • Professional and poised with clients and colleagues alike
  • Familiar with marketing automation software, such as Salesforce
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Keynote and Excel

Bonus

  • Experience in b2b SaaS, Marketplaces, and or retail

Education

  • BA/BS is required
