Job Description

LogMeIn is seeking a Director of Channel Management to join our LMI Product Network team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and motivating our channel sales team to achieve individual and partner sales goals. The Director will mentor each individual while also building a strong, cohesive, and collaborative team. They also be will be responsible for monitoring pipelines, conversion rates and delivering on quota and forecast. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual seeking a high visibility role in an entrepreneurial and dynamic sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual quota, develop new leads through relationships with partners, and recruit, formalize agreements and train new partners 
  • Conduct regular weekly meetings to ensure execution of sales responsibilities 
  • Oversee relationships between LogMeIn sales team and valued partners 
  • Collaborate with Partner Sales Support to ensure successful processing of new and additional orders
  • Build cross-functional relationships within Finance, Legal, HR, Sales and Support
  • Monitor Salesforce.com metrics and activity, provide timely and accurate reports
  • Attend partner-specific events such as trade shows, etc.
  • Ability to be creative, think outside the box, and inspire the team and their performance
  • Recruit, hire, and develop top performers
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational team meetings/workshops 

Requirements

  • 7+ years of leadership experience in channel/partner sales environments
  • Specialized knowledge in Hosted VoIP, UnifiedCommunications preferred
  • Extensive industry network of top sales partners and resellers
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple touchpoints
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven experience in hiring, training, and developing new sales representatives
