  • Procore is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our newly established International People & TA Team team in Sydney. We’re breaching greenfield territories that have tremendous market potential, helping construction companies revolutionize their businesses.     As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll attract and recruit top talent to generate, expand, and support our revenue globally. You’ll own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for our global customer-facing teams in ANZ, APAC, and MENA. This newly created Talent Acquisition role will play a pivotal part in our growth and expansion plans in international markets and beyond. Successful candidates can leverage a foundation of established world-class systems, processes, and our market expertise to create a best-in-class candidate experience.  

    This six month fixed term contract is based in our Sydney, Australia office in the CBD and will report to our Director, Business Recruiting in the U.S with a dotted line to our Director, APAC People & TA in Sydney. Flexible working hours are available given time zones involved.

    What you’ll do:

    • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer business leaders to gain a deep understanding of their hiring needs and develop plans to meet them
    • Plan and execute creative and effective sourcing strategies to find talent that is both rare and in high demand through referrals, networking, and other methods
    • Balance building long term and relationship-driven prospect pipelines, quickly pulling groups of candidates for immediate demands; recommend and drive improvements that impact candidate pipelines
    • Map target global geographic areas for sourcing talent
    • Identify and implement new sourcing strategies while fine-tuning existing processes
    • Serve as the local point of contact for all candidates, consistently differentiating Procore by providing a high quality and memorable experience

    What we're looking for:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of experience
    • 3+ years experience in a Sales or Marketing Talent Acquisition role, preferably at a software and or technology company
    • Experience working across multiple timezones
    • Experience managing the end-to-end in house recruitment cycle 
    • Excellent time and project management skills
    • Exceptional relationship building, collaboration, and negotiation skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment at a rapidly growing company
    • Proven track record of building pipelines of qualified and diverse candidates
    • General knowledge of revenue talent engagement and acquisition strategies of the top SaaS companies globally
    • Ability to continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to delivering with a sense of urgency
    • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Greenhouse preferred
    • APAC or other International markets experience desirable
