Global Operations Business Management team is focused on Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis. The primary function of the team is to provide Management Reporting to Operations Senior Leadership, manage Budget, Forecasting, Headcount Management and Financial Projections for Global Operations and partner with Financial Control Group to oversee expense management.

Understanding of budgets, forecasts and resource planning to be able to adequately meet silo business managers demand.
Leadership role to help build out effective support model for stakeholders and relationship managers with ability to drive execution of ideas from end to end. This would also include but not limited to:
o Partnering with silo business managers to provide recurring and ad-hoc support of management reporting and financial reporting requests.
o Analytical ability to use resource and financial data to drive strategic recommendations.
o Assisting in the preparation of quarterly and monthly business reviews (i.e. data collection, data manipulation and presentation with great focus on accuracy)
o Developing and create management reports
Drive standardization and automation.
Look for opportunities to enhance or streamline processes.
Ability to build relationships across a diverse set of teams.

           Evolution of role would lead to alignment of support to a specific silo leveraging support model.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience into FP&A / Business Management or MIS Reporting function
- Well organized with High regard for attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem solving and data analysis skills
- Strong client/customer service orientation.
- Expert in multi-tasking, organizing and prioritizing is critical
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of advanced features of Excel, PowerPoint
- Minimum Bachelor or Masters degree
- Basic Knowledge of Excel Macros (VBA) & Access Database will be an added advantage
