Job Description

The Director of Campaigns is a well-rounded marketer looking for an opportunity to build out the Campaign Teams and process at LogMeIn, with a focus on building and coaching a team of campaign managers, and aligning with key stakeholders to drive business impact.  



Build global marketing campaignprocess, planning, and drive execution

  • Understand multi-channel approach, segmentation, and go-to-market motions across LogMeIn  

  • Work across functions and levels to ensure comprehensive inputs to strategic campaign planning and themes 

  • Establish campaign frameworks across the functions including inputs, process, feedback loops, and expectation setting  

  • Set campaign goals, audience mapping and design architecture to coordinate execution across marketing teams  

Coordinate and drive execution of campaigns across channels  

  • Work with key functions as they fulfill programs that comprise a campaign (reputation, demand creation, sales enablement, market intelligence), and the tactics that comprise these programs  

  • Engage with brand and creative, content team, and key stakeholders to build out campaign elements   

  • Coordinate with finance for campaign budget allocation and with sales for ongoing business reviews 

Build and foster a team of Campaign Managers  

  • Drive campaign focused mentality through the Marketing organization  

  • Keep a pulse on marketing and campaign best practices and trends to drive marketing excellence across the organization  

  • Build campaigns team with a focus on communicating results, driving performance and a culture of learning  

Drive awareness of Campaign planning, activity and results to the business  

  • Communicate with and educates leadership and cross-functional teams about campaign efforts 

  • Analyze and share global campaign performance with key stakeholders, including marketing leadership, regional marketing leads and sales, and work to optimize those programs 

  • Manage campaign budget and set clear targets and objectives for execution and delivery with a focus on spend efficiency and business outcomes  

  • Share plans on a quarterly basis to review performance against targets and key learnings 



  • Experience building, coaching, and managing a team  

  • Big picture thinking as well as meticulous attention to detail. Ability to quickly understand business objectives, create a well-aligned marketing strategy and execution plans with clearly defined metrics and performance indicators. 

  • Hands-on leader with experience recruiting and developing a team  

  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with an ability to build strong working relationships across levels and departments 

  • Self-motivated and doesn’t wait for prescriptive direction. Capable of working in a face-paced, dynamic environment 

  • Detail and results oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution 

  • Story-telling ability  

  • Related market/industry experience is desirable
