Founded in 2018 by engineers from Stanford University and Cisco Meraki, and backed by leading venture capital investors in Silicon Valley, Spot AI is modernizing the rapidly growing $30 billion video surveillance market.

Spot AI makes it easy for businesses to access their surveillance camera footage in a single web dashboard -- across all their locations, camera makes/models, and IT environments. A hardware appliance per-location simply takes 10 minutes to install and unlocks new safety and operations workflows on top of video footage with an intuitive YouTube-like interface.

The Role

As a Sales Engineer, you will have ownership for delivering the "technical win" for Spot prospects with SMB, Mid-market and Enterprise customers. This includes:

(i) supporting AEs by navigating conversations with technical stakeholders

(ii) remotely installing products at customer locations

(iii) enabling customers to self-install with documentation and tools

(iv) driving process improvements internally and with customers

Additionally, you will be on the front-lines hearing about ways to make our IT champion's lives even easier, so you will identify opportunities to simplify installation processes, and create mechanisms to drive feedback to the product team and guide product roadmap.

What Excites Us

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; including handling multiple calls/demos per day with immediate follow up
