The Opportunity

Our team is growing fast, and we are looking for a talented, innovative Graphic Designer with a proven record of creating high-quality designs that work across multiple channels across print and digital. The ideal candidate has a portfolio that reflects a strong design sensibility with a sophisticated, clean aesthetic that aligns to a premium brand. Along with experience in both print and digital media, the graphic designer will also understand how marketing campaigns work, especially in the B2B sector. We work in a fast-paced environment, so you will need to be able to hit the ground running, and should be able to produce results independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.


  • Develop a clean, elegant, and compelling design to support Netskope’s branding, marketing, and sales communications efforts
  • Deliver on full creative from concept to execution for a wide range of marketing materials including, but not limited to, brochures, data sheets, presentations, email, websites, ebooks, white papers, infographics, and trade show exhibits
  • Collaborate with team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that include digital and traditional materials
  • Develop and utilize standardized designs/templates and tone for all marketing collateral, consistent with Netskope corporate branding guidelines
  • Manage all creative assets, their source files, etc. so that internal customers can easily locate and self-serve
  • Balance creative vision, business goals, technical considerations, operational requirements
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy of final work is aligned with brand standards


Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • 3–5 years of experience as an in-house or agency designer with a portfolio that can show off your skills
  • Proven ability to grasp complex technical concepts and distill them into easy-to-understand creative assets
  • Excellent type and layout skills paired with a strong aesthetic and ability to convey clear messaging hierarchy
  • Capacity to execute design work in a quick and efficient manner with high attention to detail
  • Proven ability to prioritize workloads, independently manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining the flexibility to change task and project priorities
  • Advanced skills in Powerpoint, Adobe CC InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop (AfterEffects a bonus)
  • Self-starter who operates effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and wants to learn and grow
  • Comfortable working within a cross-functional, highly collaborative team environment (required)
  • Great sense of humor (also required)
