We are seeking an Campus Operations Lead to help manage and scale IT support team/function within GA Campuses.
Manage and help scale IT Support team/function within GA Campuses
Cultivate relationships with Campus Operational leads
Engineer support standards (SLA’s) and guidelines for Campus operations
Work closely with leadership to identify business critical issues and help implement solutions
Build workflows that track incidents and support related requests
Manage vendor relationships
Work Network and A/V Engineering to ensure optimal performance on campuses
Grow and train small team of Campus IT Support Associates
