    Position Overview

    At Autodesk, we are reinventing how everything you see or touch is imagined, designed and created. In Autodesk Construction Cloud, we are reinventing how every building, bridge, hospital, campus and stadium is built. Our platform allows customers to effectively and easily manage the complex collaboration and coordination necessary to see their projects through all phases of construction.

    We are looking for a talented web developer to join our team in Sheffield. As a Frontend Engineer you will develop industry leading software with a small group of talented colleagues. You will collaborate with teams across the organisation on a variety of projects. You will work with stakeholders across disciplines, from designers, to product management, to customers.     Responsibilities

    • Build scalable and complex web applications that balance high configurability with great user experience
    • Evaluate current software architecture and implement enhancements as required
    • Share knowledge of tools and techniques with the wider team and community, both developers and non-developers
    • Build new features, with unit tests, that can support our growing user base
    • Build and scale automated testing infrastructure to support rapid hands-off QA
    • Cross-team collaboration and coordination
    • Help build and maintain a diverse, inclusive culture across the development community, growing awareness, inclusivity, and balance
    • Mentor other engineers

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Show experience with technical design discussions.
    • Relevant experience building web apps with Javascript
    • Experience with React, Redux
    • Self-motivated, autonomous, empathetic and great communication skills.
    • BSc or MSc in Computer Science or related field
