But there's more to do. Institutional investors still hold a major advantage over individual investors when it comes to owning the best private real estate investments — for now. That's where you come in.

We're looking for a full cycle Technical Recruiter who is passionate about people, process, making an impact, and enabling us to build a talented team to help us achieve our ambitious long-term goals.

As a Technical Recruiter at Fundrise, you will:

  • Be a strategic advisor in building talent pipelines and executing best practices including sourcing strategy, evaluation, referral generation and decision making
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to create strategic recruiting, sourcing and measurable strategies to deliver on speed and quality hires
  • Source passive talent and screen inbound resumes
  • Support the recruiting process from start to finish, including:
    • Creating/closing job requisitions
    • Scheduling phone screens, work samples/case studies, and virtual interviews
    • Meeting and greeting candidates at the start of interviews and act as first point of contact as needed
    • Assist in keeping the interview teams on track and on-time during interviews, as well as ensuring timely feedback is submitted from interviewers
    • Facilitate the offer of employment process, working closely with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure a transition from offer to start date.
  • Act as a JazzHR Admin and subject matter expert to ensure that the team is leveraging the ATS in the most effective manner. This includes building out templates and workflows, training managers and interviewers on ATS best practices, and ensuring consistency in the candidate experience across all roles.
  • Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates
  • Facilitate the employee referral process and coordinate with HR to ensure referral bonuses are paid out in a timely manner.
  • Improve processes using a data-driven approach including identification of trends and challenges in the recruiting and scheduling process, and execution of initiatives to increase efficiency and improve candidate experience
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally
  • Regularly track pipeline, priorities, performance data and recruiting metrics to share with internal stakeholders
  • Manage and assess new and existing relationships with external recruiters
  • Cultivate an equitable candidate pipeline and lead diversity and inclusion initiatives associated with recruiting and hiring to ensure alignment with the company's short-term and long-term goals diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals
  • In partnership with the HR and branding teams, develop resources to market Fundrise to future candidates

We are looking for someone with:

  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced, SaaS/Tech startup environment with a strong sense of urgency
  • At least 3 years of experience in an internal Full Cycle Recruiting environment, managing 10+ requisitions at any given time, supporting Engineering, Product, Analytics, and Design departments
  • Highly organized and detailed-oriented skills; ability to be flexible and handle simultaneous moving parts (multiple roles and candidates at different stages)
  • A customer service oriented mindset to ensure a positive experience for all candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Proven track record sourcing and closing passive candidates
  • Ability to communicate at all levels with management and/or executive leadership
  • Ability to cut through ambiguity within a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to change.
  • Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
