Job Overview:

Our Talent Acquisition team continues to grow and we’re looking for a Director, Talent Programs to build and execute an end-to-end early career talent strategy and to evolve our engineering fellowship program. You’ll focus on building a diverse talent pipeline including internships and rotational programs from HBCUs. Additionally, this role will develop the strategy, build the foundation and launch an internal career marketplace. This will include internal mobility and a structured stretch assignment program to ensure Olivians are able to learn new skills and advance their careers from within. We are searching for an agile leader, a teammate with proven cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of driving innovative initiatives. You will be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition Leadership team and will work closely with Executive Business leaders, HR Business Partners, Talent Practitioners, and Employee Engagement teams.

Essentials Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of the program that will deliver a holistic, end-to-end capability that promotes development and career advancement opportunities for our internal talent
  • Collaborate with Talent Attraction and HR Analytics partners to provide market research insights, track metrics, report data trends to achieve goals, drive performance, and make business decisions aligned to the talent strategy
  • Manage the relationships with key university campus partners and diversity partnerships to establish brand awareness as an employer of choice
  • Promote upskill/reskill initiatives to deliver diverse talent with skills for the future
  • Design toolkits for leaders and enablers (Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners) and drive change management efforts to cultivate talent marketplace practices
  • Leverage deep market and competitive data to develop targeted campus recruiting strategies and deliver diverse, highly-qualified student talent pipelines
  • Serve in an advisory and execution role, proactively educating stakeholders on the value of student pipelines and partnering to identify opportunities to leverage talent across the business
  • 10+ years of broad Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and/or HR Operations experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an additional two years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree
  • Proven ability to establish and grow new programs
  • Experience creating a multi-year strategic plan and achieve desired outcomes
  • Experience managing and designing campus recruitment and/or professional development programs
  • Demonstrated experience leading virtual recruitment program initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience leading high performing teams and initiatives across geographies
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage ambiguity and thrive in a dynamic startup environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to being seen as a true driver and ‘connector of dots’ to the business
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills – you are communicative and seek to build relationships on a daily basis
