    The Human Resource Business Partner is really great at engaging, growing, supporting and developing our people, as well as adapting cross-organizational global HR processes and leading people initiatives.     In one year you’ll know you were successful if…

    • You’ve developed the ability to understand business objectives and build trust with leaders to provide strategies to drive continuous global improvement, productivity, and development within their teams and company.
    • You partner with the VP People to develop comprehensive approaches to employee development, retention and recognition by refining or creating: compensation and benefits, performance reviews, career paths and employee development, succession planning, and learning opportunities as appropriate to the needs.
    • You own benefits and 401(k) administration, including open enrollment, audits and reporting including owning the migration from PEO to inhouse solution by end of year. 
    • You understand US employment law and partner with our employment attorneys. 
    • You mediate employee relations and performance issues and provide counsel to managers on appropriate methods of performance management.

    A background like this helps: 

    • You’ve been in a senior People Operations (HR) role before and know the ropes (for the most part)
    • You have strong HR functional expertise and a proven track record of building high-quality programs in all core areas
    • You can manage several complex projects simultaneously while working to meet deadlines.
    • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence and build support for ideas and initiatives
    • Ability to develop strong relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization
    • You have a strong curiosity and sense of urgency - driven by results
    • High-growth startup experience is a plus!
