About the Role

In this role you’ll develop the global strategy and strong x-functional plan that fuels acquisition across referral, partnership, and other demand programs (excluding paid media). You'll partner with business leaders, product marketing, channel sales, and product teams to define priority channels and accelerate performance improvements. You will be responsible for finding new and innovative approaches to accelerate new customer acquisition. We're looking for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a team environment and is excited about working cross-functionally to deliver the business.

What You'll Do
  • Develop the high level SMB Global Demand strategy & annual plan, and ensure resources are allocated to the highest impact projects
  • Build the Uber for Business Customer Referral program, defining program mechanics, target audience, and growth plan
  • Secure commitments from x-functional stakeholders to deliver against priority initiatives to drive revenue gains
  • Support Channel Sales team in the development and ramp of the Uber for Business scaled partner ecosystem
  • Oversee a global budget and analyze the effectiveness of various program and opportunities
  • Lead brainstorm and prioritization exercises to define levers and opportunities for driving new customer growth and help define business requirements for features that can be added to product roadmap
  • Ensure a positive customer experience across various channels, and work as an advocate for our customers internally
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to understand how global programs can be made locally relevant in a scalable way
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years experience in B2B marketing with experience in demand generation, partner marketing, customer marketing or digital marketing.
  • Proven experience driving demand generation strategies and projects from inception to program development and optimization
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience creating or managing customer referral programs
  • Strong understanding of B2B partner ecosystem and program development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying needs

  • Ability to drive qualitative and quantitative research and analysis, synthesize impactful insights, and present clear recommendations
  • An extremely proactive, self-starter mentality with excellent organizational skills
  • Team-first attitude and ability to partner across multiple teams within Marketing and other functions
