About the Role

We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to drive the company’s content marketing strategy and development efforts. This is an entrepreneurial role with a high degree of ownership, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing. This is a 100% remote role that can be located anywhere but must work primarily 9-5 PM EST to provide sufficient overlap with our team.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Orchestrate Insticator’s content marketing plan. Leverage various content mediums and channels to support company goals, maximize awareness, thought-leadership and expertise, communicate the company’s brand vision and value proposition, and generate leads.
  • Contribute to development of and manage Insticator’s editorial calendar.
  • Draft written content including blog posts, case studies, bylines, newsletters, sales collateral, press releases, infographics, social media content, and more.
  • Partner with social media manager (aka Monique) on crafting strategy, content and execution
  • Conduct industry research to identify topic areas and relevant brand-building stories
  • Regular measurement, optimization, and reporting of content initiatives
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice and tone across all platforms
  • Support thought leadership programs including organizing participants for webinars and other internal events, preparing spokespeople for industry events, and managing marketing materials to leverage content from in-person and virtual events
  • Manage external resources as needed.

Professional Competencies

  • 3+ years of experience in a content marketing role
  • Experience crafting and writing compelling content across different mediums such as web, written, social, and other channels
  • Background and familiarity with media and advertising industries is required
