Expense Operations Senior Analyst

The responsibilities of our Expense Operations team are as big and broad as you’d expect from a global business. From corporate card management to expense reimbursement operations, their diverse activities are integral to our success in handling our annual revenues. For keen financial minds, there are so many avenues to explore. We rely on impressive expertise to develop our card programs and expense reimbursement operation with industry leading best practices.

Role

Provides operation support in the corporate card and expense reimbursement program, customer service, training and ensures compliance with the Global Travel & Expense Policy. Helps to  develop, implement, configure applications related to corporate card and expense programs. Responds to inquiries from internal and external customers. Supports internal metrics and goals through operation processes.

Essential Requirements
• Knowledge of travel and expense industry/trends

• Knowledge of Concur T&E application, computer operation and standard office software
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgement and discretion in problem solving.

• Interpersonal and customer service skills

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• 3-5 years Travel and Expense industry experience
