Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, driven product owner to drive the definition and development with our GoTo suite of products, specifically focused on working on topics for our out-of-session experience for room solutions and meetings.

The right candidate has experience in integrations, particularly in driving the combined roadmaps or development activities of mutual partnerships. You will be responsible for taking the customer needs and turning them into product requirements that can be leveraged by internal development teams and ecosystem partners to deliver on those customer needs together, in a “two heads are better than one” approach in capitalizing on those teams' individual skills and experience.

You will work closely with engineering, design, operations, finance, marketing and executive teams to bring products to market and develop and grow business opportunities for LogMeIn.

You will document project objectives, write technical specifications and iterate on solutions to meet the expectations of the business and our customers. You will be expected to help evolve strategies to gain a deep understanding of current and future customer needs to effectively guide your team’s decisions and efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Along with the Product Management team, holds the vision for the product and communicates the vision across development teams.
  • Works with ecosystem hardware partners to understand product offering and roadmaps, as well as coordinating releases.
  • Defines internal product roadmap and strategy for integration with ecosystem partners.
  • Advocates as the GM of the product offering by owning the end to end go to market strategy, product development, and support for the product.
  • Works cross-functionally to deliver the end to end go to market plan for the product, in addition to development, including key strategic message definition, product and market research, marketing messaging, supporting sales and support workstreams.
  • Connects with internal teams to reach launch and go to market goals.
  • Keeps cross functional teams and leaders apprised of project status and risks across the entire effort.
  • Consistently monitors market and customer trends to apply to product strategy.
  • Assists with internal and external communication, improving transparency.
  • Works closely with engineering and design teams to define project scopes and timelines.
  • Leads new feature development for the product.
  • Participates in project planning, reviews, sprint planning, release planning and demos.
  • Along with the Product Management team, participates in the prioritization the product backlog and the release plans.
  • Manages cross-product dependencies.

Qualifications

  • At least 2-4 years of experience in product management, product owner, or product development roles
  • Educational background in technical or management course of study preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams concurrently and deliver on-time.
  • Ability to innovate with designs to go beyond what asked for directly.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
