The Opportunity 
You will be responsible for creating and implementing  Afterpay campaigns to support a variety of  brand awareness and partner marketing efforts. The role is responsible for bringing campaign moments and partnerships to life that deliver on our goals of growing brand awareness, driving traffic (new and existing), conversion, and engagement online and offline. 

We are much more than our job descriptions, but here’s where you will begin….

Lead the internal kickoff of marketing campaigns focused on brand led marketing campaigns and large scale sponsorships  to ensure all stakeholders are properly briefed on their roles and deliverables. 
Own creative process, including collecting assets, working with creative teams and getting merchant approval. 
Create an internal project management system that includes the scope of our campaigns, tasks for each internal stakeholder, master campaign timelines, assets needed, and a results tracking system.
Partner with all marketing disciplines, from Performance Marketing to Creative and Comms, to ensure each element in our campaign includes their contribution and feedback.
Build out more sophisticated processes and automated ways to to capture merchant information, collect assets, report out, etc.
Nurture and oversee day-to-day external partners like trade media companies, freelancers, and creative or media agencies. 
Work cross functionally with key stakeholders in creative team to develop and execute 360 campaigns to support brand awareness and marketing efforts in NA and EMEA
Establish and identify the right agency relationships to support creative, social and brand needs including media buying 
Build a results tracking system that can compare the results across our campaigns and allow for easy reference across the organization. 
Feed progress and results of our campaigns into our master Global Marketing KPIs
Develop insightful campaign recap reports that can be circulated across the organization including upper management.
Manage POs and invoices for external agencies leveraged in marketing campaigns.

Who are you? (Qualifications)

You’ll have a passion for executing marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, such as: live events, branded content, influencer marketing, and display media.

Highly organized, expert prioritizer and able to manage stakeholders to meet deadlines
Experience working in a very cross-functional environment and managing relationships across Marketing, Sales, Client Success and Analytics

Background in media and advertising in service of business in the mass retail space a plus
