We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to augment our Business Development team.

You should apply if you are an experienced Account Executive who is comfortable talking to decision makers, has a proven cold-calling strategy and is capable of selling multiple-service solutions. The Account Executive will work closely with the Director of Business Development to expand Def Method's book of work and build new relationships with clients. This person will support our growing organization as we continue to help our clients achieve success.

An Estimate Of How You'll Spend Your Time
  • Sales Strategy/ Prospecting (35%) Cold calling, qualify, generate, and execute on opportunities, Provide accurate pipeline forecasting on a consistent basis
  • Consulting (25%) Incorporate knowledge of our services into the sales process while being able to close deals.
  • Communication (25%) Communicate (in both verbal and written) with any level role internally and externally.
  • Operations/Administrative (15%) Coordinate sales activities with other team members to orchestrate internal resources.
What You'll Bring
  • 4+ years of sales experience
  • 1-2 years of selling in the software development industry
  • Strong experience with Salesforce
  • Familiarity with Software Development, Product Management, and Design
