IT Services Coordinator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Track inquiries, issues and concerns from IT, End Users, and Service Desk
  • Work with customers for change requests to ticket system (queues, members, etc.)
  • Provide essential metrics and reporting
  • Help maintain contractual service level agreements and overall customer satisfaction with IT and Service Desk
  • Define, design and implement continuous improvement opportunities for Service Desk and IT operations
  • Develop and/or coordinate improved methods, procedures, instructions, and forms to achieve greater operations efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • US Citizenship is required
  • Exceptional problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL processes and practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of business processes
  • Knowledge and understanding of IT processes and systems
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Proficient in Customer Service
  • Ability to work with management, IT staff, and end users
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Superior attention to detail
  • A minimum of 5 years of IT experience
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience with Service Desk or 5 years of using IT managed services ticketing system
  • Must be willing to travel on occasions

  • Ability to multitask efficiently
  • Experience with application support or system administration
