Job Summary:

This position is responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment. Will guide and facilitate the hiring manager and team to a successful hire. Execute the Talent Acquisition Strategy for the region or assigned client group and deliver the resourcing policies, framework and processes drive constant external market awareness to build and maintain Equinix as the employer of choice.


Sourcing and Pipelining
· Facilitates social process
· Probes to understand key requirements and develops sourcing strategies to ensure strong candidate flow
· Screens candidates to assess skill and culture fit in order to ensure candidates who interview at Equinix are well qualified
· Drives direct sourcing agenda by leveraging social media platforms; increase our presence on social media

Facilitation of Interview Process
· Partners with hiring manager to identify key roles and responsibilities of the interview team
· Ensures hiring manager and interview team are prepared for the interview process and that interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally
· Facilitates the debriefing process towards a recommendation
· Sets expectations and consults with hiring managers regarding the recruiting process and responsibilities
· Responsible for writing & composition of role descriptions, kick off meetings, sourcing strategy, execution of sourcing, interviewing, offer, offer construction, extension, hand off to HR Business Partner

· Consults and offers guidance to hiring managers on the 7-Step Hiring Process to ensure an efficient, accurate and high touch candidate recruiting and onboarding experience
· Focuses consulting with hiring managers at VP level or below
· Partners with HR Director, HR Business Partners on role grading, internal talent, shortlist candidates, coaching opportunities

Facilitating Offer and Start
· Assists through closing req upon acceptance, and moves candidates through to onboarding stage
· Negotiates offers by partnering with hiring manager, senior management, and other groups as necessary
· Interfaces with all levels of management to negotiate and exchange information
· Manages candidate experience and acts as a candidate advocate
· Extends the offer and ensures that candidates fully understood the offer
· Manages candidate background checks through outside vendor, as well as employee re-verifications as required,
· Upholds compliance with all legal and professional standards and ensures they are followed during the hiring and onboarding processes

Resource Management and Analytics
· Provides regular, relevant reporting on resourcing statistics and benchmark progress
· Manages towards a 80% Direct Hiring/20% agency mix on permanent hiring
