Regional Sales Executive –

Wheeler Financial from Pitney Bowes (WF) is a bank-owned equipment finance company in the U.S. and leverages Pitney Bowes brand as well as an existing list of over 750,000 active customers. Wheeler Financial provides a full product suite of financing and lease products for customer's equipment and capital expenditure needs. Wheeler provides financing solutions for assets in the following industries, Manufacturing, Construction, Healthcare/Medical, Food & Bev,, Material Handling and Office Technology.

The Position: Regional Sales Executive (RSE)

The Regional Sales Executive (RSE) is responsible for marketing various loan & lease products to our targeted industry segments and customer base. Typically same day travel is required weekly to visit customers and prospects. The RSE role requires a strong background in sales prospecting and general knowledge of credit underwriting with a high degree of expertise in various finance structures including operating leases and loans. You will be expected to develop a territory with an annual new business expectation for this position of $7 million the first year and growing the territory to significantly larger numbers in subsequent years. The RSE is expected to work closely with the Wheeler Financial team to develop a strong pipeline, have familiarity with SuperTrump,, and be proficient in financial analysis. The candidate must have strong relationships with senior lever decision makers within a large network of ,existing customers, vendors, dealers and partners. The RSE is expected to leverage their Rolodex to make an immediate contribution to the business and then build on that success through penetrating the existing PB customer base.

The Candidate:

7+ years of successful Direct Sales experience in equipment financing/leasing.

This candidate is required to have a passion for excellence and embody a strong work ethic which will be essential for the success of this position. We are looking for a solid team player that can develop strong relationships with internal and external customers. Wheeler Financial is looking for a person who is excited to cultivate a territory by cold calling on prospects from an existing Pitney Bowes customer database as well as their bringing over existing client base. The candidate must embrace the Wheeler culture of a strong risk and compliance-driven business which clearly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and our company. The candidate will be responsible for completing all applicable training and compliance programs (Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance, Market etc).
