We’re looking for a disciplined and trained Program Manager with large scale program experience. The Program Manager will have a solid understanding of scaling Agile and understands the unique opportunities and challenges related to organizing, facilitating and continuously aligning a large software program with the underlying business strategy. The ideal Program Manager will have the experience and excitement to continuously improve the way we develop and deliver Norton Security worldwide.

  • Become an integrated member of the team focused on delivering incremental customer value across technology teams.
  • Drive train-level continuous improvement via Inspect & Adapt workshops and constant demonstration of a Kaizen mindset.
  • Work with Product Manager and Product Owner(s) to align business strategy and PSI execution.
  • Manage dependencies between initiatives and supporting components or service teams.
  • Ensure effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project.
  • Contribute as a team member, resolving conflicts, building appropriate alliances and networks and helping others.
  • Escalating issues and reporting on resolution progress.
  • Proactively manage initiative risks.
  • Ensure that the Program has high visibility and work is continuously aligned, planned, and executed.
  • Define and publish the team’s PSI (Potentially Shippable Increment) objectives.
  • Lead Scrum of Scrums meetings.
  • Participate in Portfolio and Program Management process improvement.
  • Act as a role model and change agent from traditional project manager/program manager to Agile servant-leader.
