Digital Marketing Analyst

Specific job responsibilities include:
  • Develop a strong understanding of marketing program goals, KPIs and performance
  • Develop and maintain key performance metric reports that track efficacy of implemented strategies and provide actionable insights and recommendations (e.g. trends, scorecards, dashboards, ad-hoc reports)
  • Build reports, dashboards, and other data tools that enable self-service for marketing and sales teams
  • Consolidate data from all marketing channels for robust and complete analysis
  • Design, support and track marketing KPIs on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis focused on marketing success metrics, marketing influenced leads and marketing ROI
  • Provide channel analysis and performance optimization to the Marketing team by combining data from multiple internal and external sources
  • Proactively monitor A/B message testing
  • Work with team to define/recommend future digital marketing strategies or campaigns based off current trends and campaign results
  • Proactively monitor email marketing stats and use the data to shape future email marketing campaigns, analyzing what trends are effective and engaging versus what’s not working
  • Ad hoc reporting & analysis
Data Management:
  • Oversee current database to ensure accuracy and effective of database
  • Use Salesforce Data loader to mass upload and update marketing lists into 360
  • Proactively use segmentation strategies in 360 to define target lists for campaigns, highlight where there are gaps that need to be addressed
  • Utilize exception reporting to ensure marketing data in 360 is accurate. Work with the business to update data where necessary
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required
