We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Development team. Our Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in LiveIntent’s continued expansion and growth, servicing teams across the organization, with a heavy emphasis on the Revenue Org. This individual will need to welcome the challenge of recruiting top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Our culture is extremely important to us, so our Talent Acquisition Specialist will need to be adept at building relationships with internal stakeholders, understanding our culture and value proposition, and being an ambassador of these values in the market when communicating with candidates.
Manage the full life cycle of recruiting for assigned positions
Source a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for a variety of open roles
Negotiate offers and create offer letters
Build strong relationships with hiring managers
Identify and introduce new, creative ideas for sourcing talent
Attend meetups, industry events and conferences as a representative of LiveIntent
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop creative sourcing strategies and leverage internal resources for recruiting
Ensure consistency in recruiting processes across the company including data integrity and manage through measured results and reporting
Develop a deep understanding of the culture of LiveIntent, and represent us accordingly with candidates and in the market – you’ll exude infectious passion for all things LiveIntent!
Track and prepare metrics on recruiting success for presentation to VP and Executive Team
Our Ideal Candidate:
2+ years recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Experience recruiting for positions in ad tech, digital media, publishing or advertising industries a plus
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse a plus
Driven by a sense of urgency
Able to thrive in a sometimes ambiguous environment with limited resources
Loves the thrill of hunting for talent and sourcing the perfect passive candidate for a hard-to-fill position
Curious and eager to absorb knowledge and interested in keeping up to date on developments in your industry
