Role description:

SevenFifty is on a mission to power a connected alcohol supply chain by leveraging the nation's largest network of producers, distributors, importers, retailers, and restaurants. We are uniquely equipped to lead the charge of a full-blown digital transformation by utilizing our comprehensive database of wines, beers, and spirits and making it accessible through a SaaS enabled marketplace.

We are looking for a thoughtful and entrepreneurial growth strategist with deep digital marketing experience and exceptional-problem solving skills to help us as we enter our next chapter of growth. You will architect and execute our growth strategy across the entire funnel, driving all aspects of new user acquisition, expansion, retention — you aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty but also can think big. You will work closely with Sales, CX, and the rest of the marketing team to ensure our growth programs are working to achieve our goals. 

This role reports to the VP of Marketing.

What you’ll do:

  • Define and execute our growth marketing strategy, using data insights to monitor results and capitalizing on what’s working, pivoting away from what’s not  
  • Own our lead generation and nurture strategies across multiple audiences, overseeing execution and implementation collaborating with creative, content, and ops
  • Lead campaign planning and oversee execution as it relates and drive key business metrics like marketing generated leads and pipeline
  • Hypothesize, test, iterate - a growth hacker at heart constantly testing and iterating
  • Lead a small growing team of marketers who are responsible for the lifecycle of our customers

You’ll have:

  • 5-7 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, and campaign execution in B2B SaaS
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Experience in paid (search, social, video/audio) marketing, website strategy and optimization
  • A track record of success in measuring, testing, and improving campaign and channel effectiveness at each stage of the funnel
  • Extensive experience working alongside revenues and ops teams to help build a pipeline of qualified leads from email, content, events, performance marketing, etc
  • Experience in tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, AdWords, Wordpress is a plus
  • Ability to work in a remote environment successfully (e.g. you have a space suitable for day-to-day work from home).
