Put simply: you will reduce churn, increase renewals and expansion through client adoption and customer success.

In this role, you must continually develop and apply knowledge of the vast 3DEXPERIENCE Works Platform roles and how they can be used to create value for our clients. You will master best-in-class design, manufacturing, simulation, governance, sales, and marketing capabilities to drive massive adoption of the mainstream 3D market. You will have the opportunity to drive the success of the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform within our clients.

You will need to partner with Sales, Marketing, R&D and Customer success organizations to drive their success. You will promote adoption and success of our Cloud and Platform solutions through every medium and channel.

You must exhibit extraordinary skills based on a significant CAD/CAE/PDM/PLM background, and you must be able to apply that expertise to support and optimize the engagements throughout the buyer's or customer's journey.

What will your role be?

As a Solution Consultant for Adoption and Client Success, your specialty will be in creating value in our solutions to help make clients successful and therefore reducing churn and increasing value up opportunities for of our 3DEXPERIENCE Works portfolio.

You will apply your immense product and industry expertise, creativity, and professional skills to drive engagements and win deals. You will support Value Engagement that is critical to the success of the Customer Role Experience and your GEO sales team. 

Additionally, you will work with multiple brand and functional stakeholders to accomplish your objectives. You will need to develop a wide working network across Dassault Systemes and be comfortable contributing and leading in a wide variety of individual and team settings.

Your Key Success Factors

  • 6+ years’ experience as a Technical Sales contributor or Manager, or similar customer-facing pre-sales role in the CAD/CAE/PDM/PLM software industry. A strong candidate will have a background in cloud-based or SaaS solutions.
  • Strong, demonstrable expertise with using and/or implementing mainstream CAD platform(s) such as SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, Inventor, Fusion, Creo, NX, SolidEdge, and similar. A strong candidate will have a background in cloud-based or SaaS enterprise solution implementation, adoption and/or customer success.
  • Expertise in both pre-sales’ activities, such as qualification, discovery, solution engineering, demonstration, and with Value Delivery / post-sales activities that drive adoption
  • Exposure to and knowledge of mainstream product design/development and mechanical engineering business processes; able to uncover an articulate mainstream engineering and product design pain points and business issues; able to discuss variations found in different industries.
  • Exceptional live and virtual presentation abilities.
  • Digital content production experience (videography, vlogging, script writing, graphics production, video editing, voice over, live host) is a bonus.
  • Flexible to working in a variety of contexts, from individual contributor to leading moderately-sized projects.
  • Working knowledge of project management and experience leading project teams.
  • Demonstrated examples of taking ownership in the context of business transformation.
  • Knowledge of processes from pre-sales through to purchase, and onboarding through to renewal
  • Digital Marketing and/or Product Marketing knowledge is a bonus
  • Ability to travel up to 5-10%.
  • B.S. or M.S./M.E. in Engineering-related concentration
