The Developer’s primary responsibilities are to analyze, design, implement and test customized software applications. The Developer will have a strong knowledge of software development and design and will have experience working to develop business-critical applications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Planning, design, development, documentation, implementation, and production support of the OnBase and workflow solutions.
  • Act as the primary designer of custom solutions and their deployment.
  • Proactively work with other members of the IT staff to diagnose and solve any issues that may arise.
  • Plan for and test software updates, defects, and configuration changes.
  • Continue to develop expertise with OnBase and administration best practices.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance as required.
  • Design, Build and implement CI/CD pipelines for Healthfirst applications
  • Meet with development teams to understand how to automate deployments
  • Test implemented designs
  • Handle code deployments in all environments
  • Provide technical guidance and educate team members and coworkers on development and operations
  • Brainstorm for new ideas and ways to improve development delivery
  • Consult with peers for feedback during testing stages
  • Build, maintain, and monitor configuration standards
  • Maintain day-to-day management and administration of projects
  • Manage CI and CD tools with team
  • Follow all best practices and procedures as established by company

Minimum Qualification:

  • Proven experience in translating and refining business requirements into enterprise solutions.
  • Expertise with Unity forms, Unity scripts, Workflow, etc.
  • Background in technical architecture and design.
  • OnBase experience with System Administration.
  • OnBase Experience With API
  • OnBase experience with Workflow Configuration and Design.
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent
  • Experience with DevOps Culture and Agile Development
  • Previous experience with software development, infrastructure development, or development and operations
  • Experience with Linux infrastructures, database SQL (MS SQL, MySQL), CI/CD tools, scripting such as JavaScript, PHP, Python, PowerShell ,Groovy, Ruby, .NET, Scrum/Kanban/SAFe, Agile workflow methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • OnBase Sys Admin, Workflow, and API certifications
  • OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA)
  • OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator (OCWA)
  • AWS DevOps experience
  • Containerization Management experience (Kubernetes and Docker)
  • Experience using Veracode
  • Experience working in Agile Release Management Tools
  • Experience using Cyberark and Conjur
  • Experience using Selenium
