Marketing Coordinator

The Phoenix Marketing Coordinator will report to the Regional Marketing Manager, Phoenix General Manager, Sales Manager, local sales reps, and various departments of the company to support OUTFRONT Media’s strategic initiatives. S/he will develop superior marketing collateral, based upon great research and strategic analysis, of how client’s objectives can be achieved through great OOH solutions. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, strong communication skills, and be able to adapt quickly to the fast-paced environment.


  • Incorporate marketing principals to assist local management and sales staff in driving revenue.
  • Produce, maintain, and update all local sales materials and presentations that follow corporate standards.
  • Participate with Account Executives in client meetings.
  • Oversee product photo quality for marketing materials and proof-of-performance.
  • Generate sales leads through Kantar Reports, Winmo, and other sources.
  • Local market expert for OUTFRONT Media’s “Mobile Network” product.
  • Participate in bi-weekly marketing calls and share local solutions.
  • Master digital display capabilities to increase value of units and streamline internal processes for sales team Support social media platforms and notify corporate social strategist of relevant items to post.
  • Concept marketing solutions for high profile clients and targeted client categories.


  • College degree in marketing with an advertising media focus.
  • OOH advertising experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • An understanding of advertising media impression calculations.
  • Knowledge and experience accessing information from multiple research sources. (Kantar, Winmo, etc.)
  • Ability to thrive in an environment requiring a high degree of deadline-driven productivity and organization.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a team player as well as a self-starter.


The Phoenix Marketing Coordinator reports to the Central Region Marketing Manager. The position will be based in Phoenix AZ.
