In this highly collaborative role you will tackle key challenges facing the channel, identifying and addressing opportunities and threats to Cisco Meraki’s business and ensuring the effective long-term growth. Much of the day-to-day work involves structuring problems, analyzing data, making recommendations, and managing implementation. In a rapidly changing environment, you will need a high degree of adaptability and a willingness to dive in and get things done, all while keeping the big picture in sight.
What you will do:
Collaborate with channel and sales strategy analysts to produce and automate a regular cadence of reporting and deliver strong insight based on that reporting. Develop a perspective on the business that is rooted in deep analysis and understanding of both the data and subjective factors
Effectively communicate complex analytics to broader audiences in writing and presentation formats
Partner with Sales Strategy and Channel leadership to develop Channel sales quotas that are rooted in strong analysis and also reflect a deep understanding of the broader context of the business
Partner with sales management and become a trusted advisor. Do this by providing deep quantitative insights, robust frameworks, and thoughtful operational process that is based in understanding of key business drivers
Execute analysis to help Channel leadership understand efficiency and productivity of channel resourcing and provide recommendations on resource investments
Develop hypothesis on actions that channel sales leadership should consider to improve performance, and test these hypotheses based on sound understanding of the business and what is feasible from an implementation perspective
Collaborate with Sales Operations and Sales Enablement to develop scalable resources for the broader sales organization to develop deeper channel intelligence and to help improve the functional areas of data management and sales tool use as they relate to channel

5-7 years relevant experience in Sales Operations or other Sales Support functions
Strong analytical experience in modeling and data analysis.
Past experience executing on strategic processes
The ability prioritize tasks efficiently & solve problems independently
High degree of attention to detail
Solid understanding of sales and business processes
Excellent written and verbal communication
Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with other departments, enabling you to make sound recommendations to sales leadership and more broadly
