The Opportunity:

As part of the Digital Platform Engineering Team, you will be leading a team developing software solutions that bring together data from many different sources to support growth marketing initiatives. You will be working on cutting-edge technologies to solve problems of scale and speed.

  • Manage a team of engineers responsible for design and development of growth marketing solutions.
  • Work closely with data science, analytics, marketing, and product teams to solution and implement data pipelines supporting growth marketing.
  • Manage external vendor relationships and monitor service quality and capabilities.
  • Organize, promote, and drive Agile development processes within the team.
  • Recruit, mentor, and motivate great engineering talent.
  • Build a team committed to quality, velocity, and a data-driven mindset.
  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of software or data engineering experience in a large enterprise or web-scale environment.
  • Strong track-record of building and leading high-performance engineering teams.
  • Experience designing and developing full-stack applications with data-intense business logic, algorithms, and REST API
  • Hands-on coding experience with Java, Scala, Javascript, or Python.
  • Experience with event-driven architectures, SOA, and microservices.
  • Experience working with database architectures using technologies such as Cassandra, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch.
  • Experience implementing data pipelines to and from growth marketing partners such as DoubleClick, Adwords, Facebook, etc is a plus.
