Services Insights team is chartered to enable positive business outcomes by driving right behaviors and decisions through bold insights. This team understands the business goals, strategic drivers, success outcomes and associated behaviors, leading to the findings and insights needed to support the business outcomes. You will partner to meet a spectrum of demand across insights, analytics, decision-boards & scorecards.

We are looking for seasoned analytics lead who can drive the vision and strategy for our new role-based experiences, lead the next generation BI platform, architect the BI and analytics integration, synthesize, merge and transform the existing BI & reporting capabilities, partner with other engineering teams and organizations to enable a world class support experience and rich insights. This role will also require ability to partner with other engineering teams and organizations to enable a world class support experience and generate rich insights at scale with speed.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:                                                                                         

  • Own the end to end insights creation-to-consumption lifecycle, leading business problem definition, hypotheses formulation, designing and delivering the solution
  • Deliver on the insights across the traditional BI to advanced analytics, depending upon the business need
  • Be a hands-on technical lead who can own, drive and develop an insights/BI or analytics feature engineering from inception to release.
  • Oversee the design of the data and technical architecture of the operational data store, data lake, data mart, pipelines and other assorted reporting/distribution services
  • Engage broadly with stakeholders & business team leaders to structure and prioritize business problems where insights can have the biggest impact.
  • Create and realize an approach that leverages a cloud first, big data-oriented techniques.
  • Design holistic solution architectures for complex business problems across reporting ecosystem. Synthesize, merge and transform the existing Insights capabilities with the new experiences
  • Apply advanced analytics concepts towards rich and bold insights.
  • Ensure high quality, adherence to standards and best practices, high performance, and scalable, repeatable processes and deliverables.
  • Develop strong narratives that are grounded in business realities and can connect the dots seamlessly
  • Act as an evangelist and catalyst for insights innovation, aligned to the tactical and strategic business initiatives.
  • Potentially able to manage a small team of vendor developers to drive scale


  • 12+ years of experience in Analytics/BI/reporting, strong passion for solving big challenges with demonstrated history of innovative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience building and operationalizing complex, large scale, highly available BI experiences
  • Experience in full development lifecycle of an Analytics platform
  • Strong skills and experience in SQL, Integration & Analysis Services, Power BI or similar open source BI tools
  • Understanding of machine learning languages (R, Python) and statistical modelling techniques (regression, classification, forecasting etc.), including ability to interpret model results and communicate recommendations based on efficacy of application of analytics
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly the ability to synthesize complex issues/scenarios into easy-to-understand concepts
  • An attention to detail with self-discipline and a drive for results
  • Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundaries
  • People management skills preferred not required.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or closely related field
