Workyou’ll do/Responsibilities

Assist clients in addressing their most complex business challenges by maximizing performance of the Human Resource (HR) function through leading-edge systems and processes

Define, build and implement enhancements to HR processes and structure that will improve the HR function’s alignment to business objectives and ability to help drive business results

  • Drive HR technology implementations through planning, process design, configuration, user acceptance testing, etc.

From our centers, we work with Deloitte consultants to design, develop and build solutions to help clients reimagine, reshape and rewire the competitive fabric of entire industries. Our centers house a multitude of specialists, ranging from systems designers, architects and integrators, to creative digital experts, to cyber risk and human capital professionals. All work together on diverse projects from advanced preconfigured solutions and methodologies, to brand-building and campaign management. We are a unique blend of skills and experiences, yet we underline the value of each individual, providing customized career paths, fostering innovation and knowledge development with a focus on quality. The US Delivery Center supports a collaborative team culture where we work and live close to home with limited travel.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.

Minimum Years of Experience 4 years in an Oracle HCM environment.

Experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing)

Experience in leading a particular work stream, reviewing, and assisting.

Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge and success with leading efforts in consulting, designing, and implementing Oracle applications-based solutions.

Participating in the improvement of business processes, including but not limited to, the following Oracle application-packaged modules Fusion, EBS, or PeopleSoft.

Ability to learn complex systems and business processes and define requirements for solutions.

  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Oracle Fusion HCM Certified
  • Experience in Payroll, Onboarding, or Benefits preferred. Other relevant modules will be considered
