Job Description:

You are:

A   Performance-driven Contributor who can manage and grow an existing book of business and take on the challenges of new clients added to the portfolio. You are a Loyal   individual who is able to foster deep rooted relationships, understand and overcome the business challenges faced by our clients, and provide a strategic vision for their growth.

You will:

  • Manage and grow an existing client portfolio spanning LOB’s including Fulfillment, Delivery, Returns, Cross Border, and Digital Shipping
  • Conduct regular QBR’s, review performance metrics, outline and implement strategies for growth and service optimization
  • Identify and pursue cross sell opportunities in conjunction with the sales organization
  • Negotiate contractual elements as required (e.g. renewals, RFP’s, rates & fees, etc.), minimize and mitigate churn
  • On board and “white glove” new clients to the PB services platform
  • Collaborate & partner across BU’s in order to bring forward the best client experience possible

Your background:

As a Client Engagement Manager, you have:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, focused on the mid-to-enterprise level merchant base in a highly dynamic, fluid, and highly competitive environment.

  • A proven track record in managing and growing clients ranging from $1M to $50M in ARR
  • Knowledge in the ecommerce ecosystem and specifically, the post purchase experience
  • A solid foundation in logistics and cross border ecosystems, and a comprehensive understanding of KPI’s leveraged to derive insight across anything “Ecommerce”, “Shipping”, and “Experience”
  • An inner fire that fosters doing the right thing the right way for clients, colleagues, and the organization
