Manages the daily operations supporting the ecommerce payment processing for Meredith brands.
II. Essential Job Functions

30% Manages daily operations related to payment processing in support of ecommerce activities
15% Ensures adequate controls are maintained for card organization, NACHA and banking compliance
15% Manage Credit Card and Alternative Payments vendor relationships, works with vendors to optimize customer experience and authorization rates, and ensures adherence to service level agreements
30% Identifies and drives initiatives to prevent or reduces losses related to customer verification, billing and payments. Provides payment processing expense forecasts for business unit managers. Monitors and develops strategies for chargeback management and containment.
10% Works with security teams to help identify fraudulent activity on ecommerce platforms. Supports accounting, audit and compliance as needed.
III. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements | All must be met to be considered.
Education: BA/BS Business, Marketing; or equivalent training or experience
Experience: Minimum three years of credit card experience highly preferred
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of direct marketing, promotion or production technologies. Analytical aptitude and ability to make logical decisions. Ability to coordinate large amounts of complex details. Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good computer skills. Good financial and statistical skills.
