The Global Accounts Receivables team is a branch of the Enterprise Platforms Center of Excellence (COE). The team plays a key role in the development of New Card Products, Benefit Programs, Lending and Commerce initiatives that help grow revenue, deepen customer engagement and increase member value. Core to our purpose is reimagining the platform solution-delivery model to dramatically improve our strategic agility, speed to market, efficiency of delivery and clarity.

 

We are looking for a Product Owner to join the team! We are in charge of the core engine that delivers improvements to customer journeys associated with transaction posting, billing, payments, terms management, overrides, and other crucial Accounts Receivables and Account Management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with consumers and engineers to understand and prioritize product features across platforms/products
  • Translate and communicate product roadmap into a product backlog of well-defined features with the appropriate acceptance criteria.
  • Review existing products and workflows for modernization opportunities.
  • Use analytical abilities and strategic outlook to identify trends & recommend solutions that will help improve user experience
  • Communicate and build consensus across multiple departments and partners in creating the software product and platform requirements.
  • Partner with other product and technology teams to develop, test and deliver the defined capabilities and rapidly iterate new solutions
  • Ensure that the appropriate tracking and reporting is in place to lead performance post launch in order to evaluate future investment.
  • Perform Demos and Launch Announcements with key team members to demonstrate success and metrics of improvement.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar field (or has equivalent work experience) AN ADVANTAGE
  • 2-5 years of validated experience in Product Management (or business analysis) with consistent track record in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product vision and strategy
  • High degree of software development lifecycle, Scrum, Agile, BDD, Scaled Agile Framework and principles REQUIRED
  • Previous knowledge and experience with delivering at scale would be AN ADVANTAGE
  • Familiarity with one or more programming languages and software architecture patterns AN ADVANTAGE

 

Additional Details:

  • Location: BGC Corporate Center 2, 5th Avenue corner 30th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines 1634 (when Return-to-Office initiatives are in place)
  • Work from Home Requirements:
    • Must have at least 25 mbps internet connection plan / speed
    • Must have a private & quiet area to work at home
    • Must be amenable to work in Taguig once community quarantine measures are lifted
  • Workplace Flexibility: Full Time, Flexible (Day) Shift

Application Process

Once application is acknowledged, your profile will be reviewed by the Talent Acquisition team. If qualified, you can expect at least 2-3 interviews video call interviews to happen after. The interview will be conducted by our Product Management Director and VP.
