Work you'll do/Responsibilities
  • Facilitating coordination for progress against agreed upon program milestones (e.g., creating/tracking - project plan, dependencies, risks, stakeholder alignment), and other agreed upon operational artifacts
  • Assistance in developing simplified messaging for executive leadership (including executive summary, regulatory overview and potential impacts), as well as communication artifacts to support cross-functional leadership engagement (e.g., information security, privacy, legal, risk management, and compliance)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Coordination and tracking of all workstreams, track the project's scope and sprint, set, track and report on milestones and deadlines
  • Coordinate with program and functional leads to assign, prioritize, and supervise project tasks. Implement and manage changes, detect, report, and fix issues whenever necessary, identify, prevent, and manage risks
  • Track project performance using appropriate KPIs, metrics, tools, and techniques, submit deliverables and ensure they adhere to quality standards
  • Ability and experience working with cross functional and offshore teams
  • Work with business partners to identify and implement multiple complex technical systems and/or products of varying sizes.
  • Manage large systems and/or products
  • Collaborate and stay engaged with the delivery team
  • Act as a buffer between the team and process overhead, so each team member can focus on the timely delivery of software
  • Shield the team from interruptions and removes obstacles that may impact the delivery of the product
  • Guide the team's operations by facilitating ceremonies (e.g. daily standup, sprint planning) and instilling Agile principles into daily activities to ensure smooth functioning of the delivery team
  • Facilitate internal and external communications (e.g. task coordination, progress tracking/reporting, dependency management)
  • Ensure team is well-informed on internal and external initiatives and activities
  • Keep external stakeholders, collaborates, and other interested parties are well-informed on team progress and activities
  • To ensure smooth delivery of team, tracks and removes and obstacles and barriers that may prevent progress
  • Coach and mentors other Scrum Master around Agile methodologies
  • Develop approval matrix
  • Identify team training and tool needs
  • Define, recommend, and secure contractual agreements for technical services and products
  • Coordinate requirements, schedules implementation and post-implement actives, and develops service-level agreements for vendor partners and global resources firms
  • Define quality gates for each sprint

Our Core Technology Operations team delivers large-scale software applications and integrated systems, and assists clients with architecture design, assessment and optimization, and definition. We develop service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integration solutions to enable information sharing and management between business partners and disparate processes and systems, and we deliver technology enablement to support CIO services transformation.

Systems Engineering professionals focus on key client issues that impact the core business by maximizing operational value, driving down the cost of quality, and enhancing technology innovation. Our teams deliver a wide range of services, including application architecture design and optimization, application modernization, business process management and solution integration, custom application design and development, and large-scale technology delivery program efforts.

Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Scrum or project management experience
  • Knowledge of Agile, ceremonies, etc.
  • Must be willing to work/live in Atlanta, GA or work Remote
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Travel up to 10% annually
