As a Director, Workplace Experience Solution Designer, you will focus on evangelizing modern workplace experiences, developing solutions for our customers that digitally transform how they work and supporting the sales team as those solutions progress through the sales cycle. You will also support & participate with the delivery teams during various phases to ensure our customers’ work experience is transformed in a manner that makes their employees’ lives more fulfilling and less encumbered with technology and process overload.

You’ll partner closely with the regional Workplace Experience Lead to execute our go to market strategy and the Sales team to support opportunity origination, solutioning and deal closure. As deals close, you will oversee mobilization and ensure a smooth transition to delivery teams.

Day-to-day, you will:

·Collaborate with and educate account and sales team to drive offerings to target clients, including all stages of the deal pursuit, review and approval.

·Create User Experience design blueprints and wireframes

·Create & present solution estimates and proposals including effort, staffing models and pricing. Write SOW’s for successful proposals.

·Work with staffing and scheduling to mobilize delivery teams and ensure successful project initiation. Participate in delivery as needed.

·Oversee quality and client delivery issues for solutions in your Region and Offering.

·Travel as dictated by the business.

About you

You revel in success, with a leadership track record in developing and growing long term, high value client relationships. You’re adept at communications, especially with influencing and negotiation capabilities that help you establish and grow solutions with key clients. You love solving business problems using technology and are passionate about the impact that an improved employee experience can have on an organization, its people and overall workforce effectiveness. Internally, you enjoy collaborating with sales and delivery teams, evangelizing about workplace experience and providing strategic insight to regional leadership.

In addition, your professional skillset likely includes:

·User Experience Design

·Design Thinking Principles

·SharePoint Development

·Portal Development

·Experience with sales principles and practices, including complex channel management

·Ability to effectively team with peers in a large, matrixed organizations, including significant experience with off-shore teams and delivery

·Experience delivering solutions for client organizations through complex solutions / projects with heavy client interaction

·Significant Consulting / project-based background particularly in Application Development.

You likely possess a bachelor’s degree in Business or technology-related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. An advanced degree or MBA is strongly preferred, particularly technical (IT, engineering, or related). You likely have about 7 years of relevant technology business leadership experience, including solution sales, creation, delivery and business management, and more than 5 years of demonstrated people and/or business leadership experience, particularly within a consultancy.
