As a Chainalysis Success Engineer you are a trusted customer advisor for integrations of our leading cryptocurrency compliance and investigation solutions. We're looking for someone with a consultative background, hands-on experience API programming, and with a passion for product and customers to work directly with our clients. You will play a critical role in empowering our customers use Chainalysis solutions for investigations of cryptocurrency based illicit activities, and ensuring business meet mission critical compliance requirements. Naturally you are customer obsessed with a consultative approach to managing your assigned projects.
This new role will work within the Customer Success team, but in partnership with Customer Success Managers and product teams to ensure clients have a seamless experience implementing the full value of our solutions.
This position will be based out of New York
Lead customers in the integration of Chainalysis data and investigative solutions
Develop custom solutions for complex data and system integrations
Design and build internal tools that empower Customer Success and Sales teams
Become an expert on Chainalysis investigative and compliance solutions
Work closely with product and engineering teams to resolve product issues
Advocate and design product changes that help empower our customers
A proactive and empathetic approach to dealing with customers and users. An ability to see the world through their eyes, and get ahead of their issues with fixes and improvements
Interest in or strong aptitude to learn about the technical aspects of cryptocurrency
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent job-related experience
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in REST API integrations
At least 3 years of hands-on SQL and relational database programming
At least 3 years of hands-on programming Python, Java or similar experience
At least 3 customer support experience which involved identifying and resolving technical issues
Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to maintain focus in a fast paced environment.
