MINDBODY is looking for a highly motivated Senior Manager, Product Management to join our award-winning team here in San Luis Obispo—the happiest city in America. For SMBs, getting your brand out there to attract and then retain consumers is hard. This role will be focused on defining the vision of our newest marketing product, the MINDBODY Promote. The Senior Manager, Product Management will be leading a team of product managers charged with helping our business customers grow by attracting more consumers through our marketing tools. This includes leveraging MINDBODY’s new consumer network and expanding features like dynamic pricing to the wellness industry to maximize revenue and capacity.

What you will do:
  • Lead the MINDBODY Network product team within MINDBODY, including overall metrics, business outcomes, product vision, and roadmap.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of the wellness industry and our customers to define the product vision and strategy.
  • Hire and develop a team of product managers into strong leaders. Help your product managers craft their objectives, key results, and roadmaps.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to figure out the best way to quickly deliver business outcomes.
  • Be a product leader within MINDBODY and help our B2B customers be successful.
We are looking for:
  • 8+ years experience in product management delivering highly successful and innovative products with your fingerprints all over them.
  • 2+ years experience leading a team of product managers. You are personally invested in coaching, mentoring and making great product managers even better.
  • Entrepreneurial experience building and leading businesses, including ownership and optimization of business performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated the ability to collaborate, influence and gain the cooperation necessary across the organization to successfully deliver to schedules/deadlines
  • Bias toward action. You know what matters the most to make the business successful and you bring a laser focus to your team. You are scrappy and you encourage your team to be resourceful.
