LastPass  is seeking a highly motivated Regional Partner Sales Manager (RPSM) to Be Real, Think Big, Move Fast and Keep Growing our channel business in Germany and France. 

This key strategic role will be responsible for building our GoToMarket strategy for our LastPass MSP Program across DACH and France. The candidate will work closely with our MSPs and indirect sales teams to build pipeline, grow our MSP network, whilst building relationships with strategic MSPs and distribution in Germany and France.

Responsibilities:
•    Build and manage the sales and opportunity alignment responsibility for entire MSP/MSSPs ecosystem.
•    Responsible for whatever it takes to make our MSP/MSSP partners successful!
•    Exceed quota based on partner revenue contributed.
•    Setting up new MSP partners and overseeing the on-boarding process.
•    Orchestrates multiple internal resources (Marketing, Sales Operations, Enablement, Product) to ensure a world class experience for our MSP Program.  
•    Promotes LastPass within our MSP partner network – acts as a LastPass ambassador.
•    Participates in LastPass sales discussions as required.
•    Evaluates effectiveness of the MSP programs and improves upon them
•    Drive market share through compete initiatives with a focus on our products, market intelligence, buyer personas and LastPass solutions.
Requirements:
•    At least 3 years of technical sales experience in an MSP/MSSPs environment
•    Start-up Mentality. Energetic, hardworking, positive attitude, team player, flexible yet organized and consistent
•    Knowledge of how MSP/MSSPs do business and what makes them different
•    High level understanding of Cybersecurity and Cloud technologies
•    Strong presentation skills and comfortable level in presenting before peers and customer at executive level.
•    Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions
•    Strong project management and organization skills.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•    Strong personal network within the industry.
