“I would have loved seeing an openly gay explorer on TV going on wildlife adventures when I was younger,” says wildlife filmmaker and field biologist Dan O’Neill. Now, young LGBTQIA+ audiences can see exactly that as Dan hosts a brand new 5-part series ‘Giants’ produced by Off The Fence for Curiosity Stream. The series circles the globe on 5 epic expeditions to find the biggest beasts to have walked the planet. ‘Giants’ will be the first time in history, an openly LGBT wildlife presenter will have hosted a series for a major network. We are thrilled to sit down with Dan to discuss his journey, expeditions and his focus on big cats!
