Kesha R. Landrum is a solutions-driven leader with over 18 years of project and program management experience in the healthcare insurance industry. She is a self-proclaimed ‘chaos coordinator’ and a passionate advocate for health equity.
In her tenure at UnitedHealth Group, Kesha has worked as a National Accounts Implementation Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt, Sr. Project Manager, and Manager. Currently, she serves as a Director within the Strategy & Operations Business Solutions Team and acts as a driver of strategic initiatives, an innovative problem solver, and trusted advisor to business partners. Kesha also works to maximize her team’s skills to best support organizational business objectives.
Throughout her career, Kesha has led multiple, cross-functional programs in product development, operations, and compliance. Kesha has consistently demonstrated her ability to take on challenges to drive more impactful outcomes for the behavioral health business.
Kesha resides in Marietta, GA with her husband, Kevin, and 13-year-old daughter, Avery. On the weekends, you can find her working on various home improvement projects or binge watching a new series.
