RECORDING: How Indeed Is Building a More Inclusive Future - A Conversation with LaFawn Davis

DIVERSITY REBOOT SERIES 2024: Empower Her

Roughly 47 million people voluntarily left their jobs in 2022. People didn’t simply leave for better paying opportunities either. In fact, stress, lack of satisfaction and especially happiness were all deciding factors. But it doesn’t have to be this way. Diverse and inclusive teams & workplaces actually have 19% greater employee retention. As we reach this unprecedented crossroads, we are thrilled to be joined in conversation by LaFawn Davis, VP of Environmental, Social & Governance at Indeed, to discuss how Indeed is helping to build a more inclusive workplace of the future. We will also discuss LaFawn’s journey as a Black Queer woman, what she sees as the future of work and what trends 2023 trends she is observing in the DEIB space. Questions are welcome!
