As the CEO of NomadX, a global platform for digital nomads, I am passionate about creating projects that make interesting places more accessible, attractive, and impactful for remote workers. With over seven years of experience in the digital nomadism space, I have successfully launched and promoted the Digital Nomad Village in Ponta do Sol, Madeira, the Cape Verde Remote Work Program, The first nomad village in Brazil located in Pipa, among other initiatives.
I also leverage my expertise and network to help companies and organizations adopt and optimize remote work practices, systems, and culture. Through my consultancy work, podcast, and events, I share insights, best practices, and trends on how to work remotely with quality and efficiency, and how to build and nurture communities of distributed workers. My mission is to enable more people to enjoy the benefits of location independence, flexibility, and diversity, while also contributing to the local economy and society.
