As a Customer Experience Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients not only achieve, but exceed their technological goals. You will lead the charge in delivering detailed service and outstanding support, helping our customers to successfully conduct and optimize their cloud and software solutions. - Achieve customer retention through T-12 and T-36.
- Conduct onboarding sessions with customer collaborators, providing insights on SoftwareOne Service scope, support process, and management of blocking issues.
- Provide tools overview and demonstration.
- Engage with customer team members to demonstrate the benefits of SoftwareOne support, services, and tools.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customer collaborators, offering insights on SoftwareOne Services capabilities, utilization, and performance.
- Partner with Microsoft and other vendors to complete plans aimed at improving the customer experience environment.
- Drive demo and proof of concept (POC) services to customers by offering advice on standard processes for using SoftwareOne and/or partner solutions.
- Align with Sales and Solution Sales on upcoming up- or cross-selling opportunities.
- Promote services through demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
- Educate customers on improving their investments through various possibilities.
