Let's get to business! We are looking for a Representative for our new Operations Center in the Greater Knoxville Area. As a Representative your primary responsibility is to take care of our customers and / or our prospective customers by handling their inquiries. Our Representatives handle inquiries through a variety of different channels whether it’s via phone calls (inbound and outbound), e-mails, or instant messages.
Assist customers who are interested in applying for a loan, are in the pre-approval stage, or currently have a loan.
Work with a team while adhering to individual metrics.
Help us better serve our customers by identifying and communicating process improvement opportunities.

Must have basic math skills

At least one year of work experience in a customer focused environment or equivalent military experience
